Live plants:
- Shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
- We use careful packaging and protective materials to help ensure your plant arrives safely.
- Buyers are responsible for knowing their local weather conditions; we are not liable for damage due to extreme temperatures during transit.

Other products (non-plant items):
- Usually ship within 3–5 business days.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping costs:
- Calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Non-refundable once the order is shipped.
