We want you to love your purchase! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@isellitems.com.

For live plants and custom items:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds or returns are offered, as each plant is unique and may experience natural stress during shipping.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video immediately upon arrival to support any claims.

For non-plant, non-custom products:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email us before returning any item to receive approval and instructions.
